BVHG is providing operational and marketing services for this
exclusive private golf club community located on PGA Boulevard
in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. BVHG is part of a joint venture
which purchased the remaining 145 lots out of a total of 320
along with the remaining equity memberships in the club. Homes
in Old Palm range from a low of $1.2 million to in excess of $15
million. Old Palm Golf Club includes an award winning 43,000 sq.
ft. club house and a Raymond Floyd Signature Golf Course which
includes a Golf Studio with double ended driving range, three
regulation practice holes and an indoor practice bay.
PGA International
Resort-Savernake Club, Wiltshire, England
BVHG Europe is providing development services and owns joint
venture interest in the leasehold estate of this 400-acre
project owned by the Earl of Cardigan. The development's golf
course, accommodations and meetings facilities will be for the
use of major corporations located in the area. BVHG will manage
the project upon completion as one of its PGA International
Resorts.
Four Points by Sheraton
Studio City, Orlando
BVHG is provided acquisition services and is providing
operational services for the institutional owner for this 301
room hotel located next to Universal Studios in Orlando, Fl.
LPGA International, Daytona
Beach, Florida
These are the headquarter facilities for the Ladies Professional
Golf Association. BVHG manages the two 18-hole Rees Jones and
Arthur Hills designed championship golf courses for Consolidated
Tomoka Land Company.
Fortune Health Resort,
Cyprus
BVHG Europe is providing planning, development and management
services for this destination spa, wellness and health oriented
resort and residential community being developed on 400 acres in
Cyprus. When completed this will be the largest destination
health resort complex in Europe. The first phase of the project
is scheduled to be completed in early 2013.
Vista Club Hotel, Orlando,
Florida
BVHG was part of the ownership group which acquired this project
in June 2006 and is providing development and management
services for the conversion and operation of this 247 unit hotel
in the Disney World market area of Orlando. The project was sold
in 2009.
Quality Suites, Orlando,
Florida
BVHG was engaged in 2009 by an institutional owner to manage
this 150 all suites property located in the Universal Studios
and Convention Center area of Orlando.
Quality Inn & Suites, Tampa,
Florida
BVHG was engaged in August 2010 as the court appointed
receiver/manager for this 125 room property located near the
Florida State Fairgrounds.
TPC – Cancun, Cancun, Mexico
BVHG was part of the ownership group that created the project
and managed the planning and permitting process for 36 holes of
golf and the residential community. One course is designed by
Nick Price and the other by Tom Fazio. Both courses are licensed
as Tournament Player Courses by the Touring Professionals
organization. The surrounding gated residential community will
have 1700 homes. The project was sold to a Mexican entity in
2007.
Old Town Suites, Orlando,
Florida
BVHG managed this 650 suite property near the entrance to Walt
Disney World for its institutional owner beginning in 2007 until
its sale in 2009.
International Plaza Resort &
Spa- Orlando
BVHG is a joint venture with its institutional partner and
acquired this 1100 room convention resort in late August 2006.
The resort, formally know as the Sheraton World Resort. BVHG
managed this project until the sale of its interest in 2008
Colinas of Puerto Los Cabos-
Los Cabos, Mexico
BVHG is a joint venture partner and is providing planning,
development, marketing and management services for this 725
hectare residential golf community project. Planning was
completed in October, 2008. The project will have 36 holes of
championship golf and 3600 homes.
INVI Brazil
BVHG Europe has entered into a joint venture with a local
Brazilian real estate planning and development services company
for which BVHG will provide its expertise and receive fees and
promoted equity interests in INVI’s projects in South America.
Presently the joint venture owns a 90 hectare beach front
development parcel in Aracaju and has 6 other projects in
planning.
PGA International-La Baronia,
Estivilla, Spain
BVHG Europe is providing development services for this 560
hectare residential golf community in Estivilla, Spain. The
project’s planning began in 2005. Construction of the three golf
courses and infrastructure for the 3200 residential units and
commercial areas is scheduled for the third quarter of 2011.
BVHG will manage the development process and market the “for
sale” units and on-going club operations. This project will be
branded as a PGA International Resort under BVHG’s exclusive
license with the PGA (UK).
La Gran Reserva-Mexico City
BVHG through its affiliate, Buena Vista Latin America, Ltd., is
part of the ownership group and is providing development,
marketing and management services for this 3000 acre residential
golf community development in the suburbs of Mexico City. The
project is under development and will have the first golf course
and homes sites completed in late 2012. The project will
ultimately have in excess of 12,000 residential units and two
golf courses.
Palazzo Pauly Private
Residence Club, Venice, Italy
BVHG’s Italian subsidiary, BVHG-Itlay s.r.l., provided
development, marketing services for the conversion of the
Vetreria Pauly glass building into 26 luxury private residence
club units.
Terrace Hotel, Lakeland,
Florida
BVHG provided development services during renovations this
88-room historically significant lodging property in downtown
Lakeland. The project opened March, 1999 and was managed by BVHG
until its sale in 2009.
Punta Blanca Golf Club,
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
BVHG developed this championship 18-hole golf course and related
beach club and managed the project which opened September, 2006
until its sale in 2008.
Chateau Cartier Hotel & Golf
Resort, Aylmer, Quebec, Canada
BVHG was part of the ownership group and managed this elegant
129-room French Chateau styled hotel, with its conference center
and 18-hole championship golf course situated on 125 acres in
the charming town of Aylmer, within minutes of Ottawa, Canada’s
capital city from 1997 until its sale in late 2007.
Holiday Inn SunSpree,
Orlando, Florida
BVHG provided management services for the institutional owner of
this 507-room hotel in Orlando from 2003 until its sale in 2007.
Stonehaven Country Club,
Sainte Agathe, Quebec
BVHG provided development services and managed the first phase
of the planned 500-acre resort until is sale in 2007. The first
phase consisting of the spa and spa guest rooms opened in July,
2004.
Pelican Pointe Golf &
Country Club, Venice, Florida
BVHG was part of the ownership group and managed this 27-hole
semi-private golf club in the Pelican Ponte residential
community of Venice, Florida from its acquisition in 2000 until
its sale in June 2007.
Temenos Villas, Anguilla
BVHG provided development services during the construction and
BVHG’s affiliate, Boutique Hotel Group, managed the on-going
operations and marketing of these three private four and five
bedroom luxury villas until their sale in 2005.
East Hampton Golf Club, East
Hampton, Long Island, New York
BVHG provided development services during construction and now
provides management consultation for this exclusive private
membership golf club in East Hampton, Long Island New York.
Memberships are limited to 250 individuals. The starting
membership deposit is $260,000. BVHG principals have an
ownership interest.
Hamilton Farm Golf Club,
Bedminster, New Jersey
BVHG provided planning and membership organization and is under
an on goinn Consulting Contract for the operations and marketing
of this exclusive private membership golf club. Memberships are
limited to 300 and are presently being offered at $275,000.
Tucker's Point, Bermuda
BVHG provided development services during the conversion of the
Marriott Castle Harbour Resort into the new Tucker's Point Club,
and now provides management consultation for the Golf and Beach
Club elements of this project.
Cayo Largo Inter-Continental
Resort Hotel & Country Club, Fajardo, Puerto Rico
BVHG provided development services for this resort and club in
joint venture with Inter-Continental Hotels. The development
includes a 314-room luxury resort and spa facility, a
championship 18-hole golf course and related country club and
1,200 residential units.
Travelodge-Sleepy Bear
Hotel, Orlando, Florida
BVHG provided management services for the institutional owner of
this 337-room hotel which is located near the Orlando
International Airport prior to its sale in 2003.
PGA National Resort & Spa,
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
A 2,400-acre golf and resort community started in 1979. The
project has 90 holes of golf, 4,800 homes, 13,000 residents and
is home to the Professional Golfer's Association of America. PGA
National has hosted the Ryder Cup Matches in 1983, the PGA
Championship in 1987 and the PGA Seniors Championship every year
from 1982 to 1999. Additionally, PGA National has hosted four
international professional women's tennis tournaments as part of
the Virginia Slim Series. BVHG managed this project for 10 years
from 1989 to 1999.
Buena Vista Palace Resort &
Spa, Lake Buena Vista, Florida
An Official Hotel of Disney World, this 1,028-room full service
convention/destination resort is one of the premier facilities
of its kind in the world. It is ranked by the international
travel publication Conde' Nast Traveler as one of the top 20
U.S. resort destinations and the Palace enjoys a top 200 rating
among worldwide resort destinations. BVHG principals planned,
developed and manage this extraordinary project, as well as
owned the property in joint venture with The Equitable Life
Assurance Society of the U.S. for over 15 years. 95% of the
project was sold in January 1997.
Elkhorn Resort, Golf Club &
Spa, Sun Valley, Idaho
BVHG managed and was part of the ownership group for this
132-room resort hotel, championship golf course designed by
Robert Trent Jones Jr., 16,000 square foot retail space, and 4.2
acre real estate parcel for future vacation club development in
the premier destination resort of Sun Valley which was ranked as
the number one resort in the United States by Ski Magazine in
1996. BVHG sold its interest in 1997.
Caguas Real – Caguas, Puerto
Rico
BVHG provided development services during construction for this
golf club development within this 500-acre residential project
on the outskirts of San Juan.
Lodge at Rocky Gap,
Cumberland, Maryland
BVHG provided development services during construction and
managed this 220-room resort facility and Jack Nicklaus
signature golf course for the State of Maryland in its Rocky Gap
State Park.
Steele Canyon, San Diego,
California
A residential golf community encompassing a Gary Player 27-hole
championship golf course, club facility, and 143 residential
lots. BVHG managed the golf and club operation and directed the
project's lot sale and builder program for a private ownership
group until the project’s sale in 1997.
Lodge & Bath Club at Ponte
Vedra Beach, Florida
BVHG provided development services and managed this luxurious
66-unit oceanfront resort and private club situated in a golf
mecca that includes the headquarters of the PGA Tour, and such
championship courses as the Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass
and the exclusive Marsh Landing Country Club. This project was
sold by its ownership in 1997.
Spanish Hills Golf & Country
Club, Camarillo, California
BVHG managed and was part of the ownership group for this
high-end private country club which includes a Robert Cupp
designed 18-hole championship golf course, seven acre practice
facility, five lighted tennis courts, resort sized swimming pool
and fully equipped fitness facility, and 37,000 square foot club
house. BVHG sold its interest in 1997.
WestWinds, Frederick,
Maryland
BVHG managed this 451-unit PUD, including the 18-hole
championship golf course and private club operation for an
institutional owner until its sale in 1996.
River Wilderness, Parrish,
Florida
BVHG managed this 1,300-acre residential country club
development for an institutional owner until its sale in 1996.
The project includes an 18-hole championship golf course, 509
developed home sites and a private club operation.
Lakeway Resort Community,
Austin, Texas
A 5,000 acre residential and resort community, this project has
three golf courses, including the "Hills", a Jack Nicklaus
signature course which has been consistently ranked as the
second best course in Texas. Project also includes a major
indoor and outdoor tennis complex, an airport, two private
membership clubs and a large marina on Lake Travis. BVHG managed
this facility for a subsidiary of NCNB Texas under an asset
management arrangement with the FDIC until its sale in 1995.
Arnold Palmer's Isleworth
Community, Orlando, Florida
BVHG acted as receiver and manager for this 820-acre prestigious
residential community on behalf of Mellon Bank. Project includes
an 18-hole golf course, tennis facility and private membership
club.
Seabrook Island Resort, St.
Johns Island, South Carolina
BVHG provided management services for this private upscale
resort community on the Atlantic Ocean featuring two golf
courses, residential properties, rental villas and other
recreational amenities.
French Lick Springs Resort,
French Lick, Indiana
BVHG managed this destination resort with its two golf courses,
485-room hotel, tennis complex, full service spa, meeting
facilities and 2,600 acres of surrounding property for private
owners until its sale in 1992.
