Mr. Morel oversees food & beverage quality operations for
BVHG's hotels and resorts. Mr. Morel joined BVHG as
Assistant General Manager and Director of Food & Beverage
for the Buena Vista Palace Resort and Spa in Orlando,
Florida. He is a culinary master and international veteran
of the hospitality industry. His background includes
training in the classical culinary arts in Europe.
Under Mr. Morel's direction the Buena Vista Palace received
numerous accolades for its culinary accomplishments,
including Florida Trend Magazine's "Golden Spoon" award, the
"Distinguished Restaurants of North America Award" from Food
and Wine Magazine. Mr. Morel studied at the Ecole
Professionell in his hometown of Lausanne, Switzerland and
received a hotel management degree from the Trust House
Corporation of London, England. He is an active member of
the Chaine de Rotiseurs.
